Anime Expo is the largest anime and manga convention in North America, held every July 4th weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center. It's run by the non-profit Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA) and draws well over 100,000 fans across a 340,000-square-foot exhibit hall.
